LOCATIONS + PARKING:

GRAPE + BEAN Old Town is located in the Heart of Old Town at 118 South Royal St., 1/2 block of King Street, steps from Market Square-look for our hanging sign. There is metered street parking on South Royal and on nearby streets. There are also two parking lots close by- one on South Pitt St. (just one block over from Royal St.) and the other underneath Market Square.

It is an intimate and comfortable spot in a circa 1850 building. Like many places in Old Town, it's a cozy space and we cannot accept reservations. We recommend arriving early.

GRAPE + BEAN Rosemont is located at 2 East Walnut Street (at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue) in the Rosemont neighborhood of Alexandria between Old Town and Del Ray. There is ample street parking (2 hour limit) along Commonwealth Avenue and we also have a few spaces in our parking lot next to the building. We are also three blocks from the King Street metro station.
