GRAPE + BEAN is both a Wine Bar and a Retail shop focusing on high quality wines and single origin coffees + (artisanal cheeses, chocolates, hand made bread, and other specialty products). We are an independent, locally owned business in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, steps from Market Square, and the Hotel Monaco. It's a warm, intimate, and comfortable environment in a circa 1850 building with exposed beam, and original brick + wood floors. We hope you'll come visit us soon!

LOCATION: GRAPE + BEAN is located at 118 South Royal St., 1/2 block of King Street. If you are headed down King Street toward the water, take a Right on S. Royal-- where the CVS is on the corner and Market Square is on your left. We are located a 1/2 block down on the left hand side- look for our hangng sign.

PARKING: There is metered street parking in front and on nearby streets + two parking lots close by. One on South Pitt St. (just one block over from Royal St.- heading away from the way) and the other by Market Square-- located underneath City Hall.
